Today, millions of people celebrate Halloween. This is a great time to have fun and reflect that fear isn’t always bad. If you learn how to control it, it can be a lifesaver. Having anxiety can be very scary. You must retrain your amygdala to recognize if the fear is real or just a false alarm.
